5th Ave FAME story developed in 2005 as a group of 3 emcees that already moved up the ranks in a popular Queens, NYC high school Andrew Jackson. This particular high school birthed such artist as RUN DMC and 50 CENT. After successful completion of school the group went there separate ways. The dream of being an artist was so strong for FAME he understood he had to keep pushing for what he believed in. Born Terrell Fogle in 1988 local artist FAME began building his buzz not just South-Jamaica, Queens but the whole Queens NYC. He began his relationship in 2002 with Big Miller of Millers Time Studio. Miller was the manager of the late great STACK BUNDLES. At the age of 17 Fame released “New York State of Mind” in 2006. His debut mixtape received critical reviews in the streets and he went on to sell over 5,000 copies. New York State of Mind included all New York instrumentals. FAME felt that was a must with the crunk era going on. Feeling the success of New York State of Mind FAME felt that he needed a team around him versus doing everything on his own. FAME then came across his manager (via his cousin Jay Nino) O. DOT was extremely excited with working to get FAME to the top. O. DOT previous credits included working with Yung Hollywood of ABM ENT. He also held the President of Marketing title. FAME, O.DOT & JAY (aka the firm boyz) then founded Royal Firm Entertainment in 2007. The firm boyz quickly started working on FAME’s next project entitled “Welcome 2 Swagville “ which was hosted by Love Dinero well known DJ in Queens, NYC. Love Dinero broke artist records first such as Lloyd of the INC and the late Stack Bundles of Byrd Gang. Right before the release of his third mixtape FAME decided to add a new twist to his name (due to his fresh sounds of his second mixtape Almost Famous and now Welcome 2 Swagville) a new model type persona he then became 5th AVE FAME. In the summer of 2008 he did his first performance in his neighborhood in South Jamaica’s Rochdale Village in Queens, NYC. The performance quickly turned 5th AVE FAME into a hometown hero becoming the new face of Rochdale Village aka Swagville. Welcome 2 Swgaville took 5th AVE FAME to the next level as an unsigned artist. The mixtape sold over 4,000 copies on the streets and digital downloads. This mixtape also helped FAME get into several showcases including DJ ENVY’s unsigned hype, June Balloon and Power 105.1’s unsigned talent showcase. 5th AVE FAME currently released his 4th mixtape “The Black ENTOURAGE” hosted not only by DJ Love Dinero but also Superstar JAY who is hands down the best mixtape DJ in NYC. The mixtape consist of 5th ave Fame Flowing so confident and naturally on some of the hottest instrumentals and his own original songs. Some of The Key Freestyles You need to look out for are: "FIRM BOYZ" over The Rick Ross maybach music beat. He delivers a sense of demand in his self and his team royal firm Ent.
